I would like to thank L. Enrich for helping me accomplish what I needed to get done, very nice lady and takes her work serious.. Would also like to thank the only doctor they had on sight at the time for seeing me and being kind to me as well..THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!

I love this place. The staff is amazing. All the counselors are great to talk too. I especially love talking to kayla! Shes always so bubbly and positive and always puts a smile on my face. Another person who I enjoy talking to is Dave! He Is one of the counselors there and I feel like I can trust him with anything and if I need to be told something that most people dont like to hear hes very gentle and empathetic! And one more person I value there is leo, he is usually in the x booth! Hes always so happy to see me and always asks about my day and how is my recovery going. Almost like a great friend would. He even notices when I am having a awful day and let's me vent and take my anger our on these rubber duckies he had on his desk. Its great. Overall love this place

The addiction treatment services provided by TPCHD is the best by far of all the other clinics I have gone to. The counselor I have is very caring and nice and super considerate! Every other Friday I go to the Meds First program. These people, counselor's, advocates & doctor, are so helpful. They provide Suboxone, food if needed, counseling and gift cards for Safeway. Turned my life around. The many people there are, in fact, there to help. This they do with respect and discretion. They'll go above and beyond ....even offering myself help with rides to appointments after I finished my six month program and had moved on to a more permanent facility.

Security took one look at me with my frantic demeanor, said “you need your birth certificate miss?” I shook my head, he said “the kiosks are to your right when you walk in, grab a ticket and they’ll call you”, I had no wait time and the young lady upheld such professionalism, was also very kind. Very clean environment and I like how it’s been a little renovated.

This place offers super quick and convenient service! Even though my son was born in a different county, the staff confirmed over the phone that they handle birth certificates for all of Washington state. I was able to pick up the certificate and was finished within five minutes.

I had a great experience at the Tacoma Health Department. My visit was fast. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for a birth certificate. The staff was helpful, and the process was straightforward. The total cost was 40$ which I found reasonable for the quick service. Definitely a smooth and hassle-free visit. God bless America 🇺🇸
